Returns / Exchanges 

What is TAP's Return Policy?

We are happy to offer returns within 7 days since the day you have received your order for any defective items that you have purchased from us, if the following conditions are met:

[Do send us the following to enquiries@theanimalproject.sg in order for us to facilitate your return request as our team must first receive and access this]:

- Photo of the defect(s) within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection.

- Item purchased has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery. 

- The value of returned product(s) will be credited to you via the same credit card used to make the payment, cash (bank transfer) or store credits, whichever you prefer.

What is TAP's Refund Policy?

 Refund is allowed only for damaged products either due to manufacturer’s defects or damage upon delivery.

What is TAP's Exchange Policy?

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

- Your name and order number must be sent to enquiries@theanimalproject.sg within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection, and product is in sellable condition with its original packaging.

- You are exchanging for something of same or higher value*.

- To exchange an item, please bring it to our warehouse at 20 Lengkok Bahru (Enabling Village @ Redhill) #01-08 Singapore 159053 with the original packaging. 

- Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credit.

- Valid for one-time exchange only.

How can I make a return/refund/exchange?

To return/exchange an item, please bring it to our warehouse at 20 Lengkok Bahru (Enabling Village @ Redhill) #01-08 Singapore 159053 with the original packaging.

If you wish to courier an item to exchange at our warehouse, it is possible. However, you will need to absorb to courier fees. Should your courier request payment from our end, we will reject the parcel. 

How long does a return/refund/exchange take?

Not more than half an hour.
